Louisiana Child Well-Being, a 26-Year History

This is a chart of the 26-year history of Louisiana’s KidsCount rank among the states on Child Well-being. For more than a quarter century Louisiana has averaged 49th among the states. After improving to 46th three years ago, Louisiana has declined back to 48th among the states in child well-being.
